Are you a storyteller too?

I know it’s both a fight and the best thing ever. And I’ve been through the trenches, so I can help you navigate and come out on top with something stellar. I’m your ally, your coven mate, your fellow survivor, your wingwoman. Let’s get your book into the world.

You can rest easy that you’re in capable hands with me. I earned my degree in English Writing, Rhetoric, and Technology from the University of Colorado, Summa Cum Laude with highest marks, and now I am a respected member of the Editorial Freelancers Association.

As I mentioned, I wrote, proofread, and published my own debut book, which went on to receive the Catholic Writers Guild’s Seal of Approval, a mark of excellence and professionalism, as well as high acclaim from readers, including Corinna Turner, the Carnegie-nominated author of the I Am Margaret series. I’ve done the same with my latest novel, Done, which Allison Spooner, the award-wining author of The Lost Girl: A Neverland Story, said was “so sharp it cuts straight to your soul.” I’ve got the know-how and the drive to help your novel do the same.

Here’s what some of the awesome people I’ve worked with have to say.

“She provided a comforting presence that welcomed me to the life of publishing…Anything she touches becomes better than it could ever imagine…phenomenal work that left me speechless.” —Edith Calzadillas Sotelo, highly praised romantasy author of Long Live the Queen and All Hail the Queen

“Gabriella Batel did a wonderful job editing my new children’s picture book! I would highly recommend her services to new writers.”—Angela Lano, children’s author

“An invaluable ally to any writer looking to elevate their craft. Thanks to her insightful, color-coded feedback, my story became much clearer, and the revision process was faster and easier.”—Santiago Muguiro Olagaray, high fantasy author
